If something isn't right, we're here to help. Eligible items can be returned after you contact our support team to start the process.

To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please include your order number when you reach out.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons — these will be noted on the product page where applicable.
